Since we manufacture each bean bag upon receiving an order, all of our products are customized and made to order. As such, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged upon delivery or has a manufacturing defect.

Cancellation Policy

- Order Cancellation within 12 Hours: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund. This is the only window available for cancellations, as we begin manufacturing your order immediately after this period.
- Order Cancellation after 12 Hours: Unfortunately, after 12 hours, cancellations are not possible as production of your custom bean bag has already started.

Returns and Refunds Policy
Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our bean bags unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
